Service Description

We’ll work together for a minimum of 12 weeks meeting once a week for 60 minutes via phone or preferably video. This program can also include regular texts and/or chats for maximum accountability. Each session is designed specifically for your goals and your steps toward achieving your goals. 3 months is a minimal time frame to internalize new ways of thinking and replacement of old bad habits with new beneficial ones. We will work from quarterly, monthly, weekly, down to daily goal/action worksheets. Plan the plan, then work the plan.
