We’ll work together for a minimum of 12 weeks meeting once a week for 60 minutes. This program also includes regular phone chats and/or text messages. Meetings are essential to success, even (maybe more-so) if you’re out of town. Accountability is vital to habit creation. Each session is designed specifically to your goals and your steps toward achieving your goals. 3 months is minimal a time-frame to internalize new ways of thinking and replacement of old bad habits with new beneficial ones.
