Life Alignment Health and Wellness Mission

I'm dedicated to helping individual social workers and agencies thrive in an industry where burnout and turnover are all too common. I focus on empowering the individual to overcome compassion fatigue and show up at their best every day. Through self-care strategies, they can achieve their ultimate goal—providing exceptional care for their clients.

 

At the agency level, I work with organizations to improve employee retention and reduce costs associated with consistent turnover. With many agencies operating on tight budgets, minimizing churn and maximizing staff well-being is crucial for success. My goal is to create sustainable solutions that benefit both social workers and the agencies they serve.

​Armed with a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology and Certified Health and Wellness Coach certificate from AFPA, I bring a unique blend of academic knowledge and practical experience. This combination allows me to tailor my approach to individual needs and aspirations of my clients putting them in the best possible position to serve their clients.

 

My experience includes contracts with industry leaders Humana and Dow Corning. In these roles, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with associates to design and implement effective fitness and wellness programs. The experience provided me insight into the specific challenges faced by professionals striving to balance demanding careers with a commitment to their own health and well being.

 

My coaching philosophy is built on a foundation of empathy, science-backed methodologies, and a belief in the transformative power of consistency based on positive habit creation. Will power is unreliable. Habits lead to success. I'm committed to creating an environment that fosters growth, resilience, and sustainable progress. My coaching style is fun, aggressive, and individual specific.

3 Month Virtual Coaching Program 

We’ll work together for a minimum of 12 weeks meeting once a week for 60 minutes via phone or preferably video.  This program can also include regular texts and/or chats for maximum accountability. Each session is designed specifically for your goals and your steps toward achieving your goals. 3 months is a minimal time frame to internalize new ways of thinking and replacement of old bad habits with new beneficial ones.  We will work from quarterly, monthly, weekly, down to daily goal/action worksheets.  Plan the plan, then work the plan.

3 Month In Person Coaching Program

We’ll work together for a minimum of 12 weeks meeting once a week for 60 minutes. Some phone chats and/or text messages are welcome as well. Meetings are essential to success.  Accountability is vital to habit creation. Each session is designed specifically for your goals and your steps toward achieving your goals. 3 months is a minimal time frame to internalize new ways of thinking and replacement of old bad habits with new beneficial ones.  We will work from quarterly, monthly, weekly, down to daily goal/action worksheets.  Plan the plan, then work the plan.

3 Month Group Coaching (In Person or Virtual) Max group of 5

We’ll work together for a minimum of 12 weeks meeting once a week for 60 minutes in person or video. Texts and/or chats for maximum accountability still apply, however will be more limited due to size of group. Each session is designed specifically for your goals and your steps toward achieving your goals. 3 months is a minimal time frame to internalize new ways of thinking and replacement of old bad habits with new beneficial ones. We will work from quarterly, monthly, weekly, down to daily goal/action worksheets. Plan the plan, then work the plan.
